The CCLBA is looking for a Senior Asset Management Specialist who will assist leadership in the oversight of a portfolio of real estate assets acquired by the Office. Prepare requests for proposals, qualifications, and invitations for bids for contractors to provide services. Oversee contracts for property maintenance, consultants, demolition, construction, and other activities. Oversee routine maintenance and the security of all assets and serve as primary point of contact for properties under assignment.
